Billing questions
What counts as a consent?
Each decision a visitor makes on your banner: accept all, reject all or customise. If they come back and change it, it counts again. Test domains don't count.
How does the trial work?
You pay $0.99 to start and get 14 days with everything. We remind you 3 days before it ends; if you don't cancel, it moves to $16 per month.
What if I go over 1,000 consents?
The banner keeps working. Each extra block of 250 consents (or part of one) costs $4 and is billed with your next invoice. We warn you at 80% and 100%.
Can I set a cap?
Yes. Set a maximum amount for additional usage and we'll let you know when you reach it. The banner never switches off because of it.
What if I have several sites?
Each main domain is a $16/month subscription with 1,000 consents. Test aliases are free.
Can I get invoices with my tax details?
Yes. Add your company and VAT number at checkout or in the billing portal and they'll appear on every invoice.
How do I cancel?
In one click from Billing. Your banner keeps working until the end of the paid period and 14 more days.
